Experience
Jubilee Cheung is an Associate in Grellas Shah’s Litigation practice, where she focuses on commercial litigation. Jubilee has handled a wide range of complex matters, including contract and corporate governance disputes, fraud claims, and other business litigation. She represents clients across industries and is experienced in all phases of litigation—from pre-suit counseling and discovery through dispositive motions and trial preparation.
Before joining Grellas Shah, Jubilee practiced with Bartko LLP, Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP, and Holland & Knight LLP, where she worked on high-value commercial and intellectual property cases, class actions, and appellate matters. Her experience includes representing clients in trademark, trade secret, and product liability disputes, as well as drafting and arguing motions in both state and federal courts.
Jubilee earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor for the Harvard Human Rights Journal. She received her B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego. She is admitted to practice in California.
