Vivi Lee
Associate AttorneyVivi Lee is an associate attorney at Grellas Shah, where she focuses on commercial litigation. Ms. Lee has handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including complex contract, corporate governance, fraud and other matters.

She has extensive experience in matters in both state and federal courts.
She received her law degree from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Harvard Environmental Law Review. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to joining Grellas, Ms. Lee was a member of the Securities Litigation and Financial Services practice groups at O’Melveny & Myers, where she litigated securities class actions, derivative actions and other complex commercial disputes, and advised financial services firms on regulatory matters.
