Titus Lin
Associate AttorneyTitus is a transactional associate with Grellas Shah. A member of the firm since 2011, Titus has represented domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, online terms of services and privacy policies, company formation, and corporate governance.
Experience
Titus received a B.A in Philosophy and a B.A. in Japanese in 2006 from the University of California, Berkeley. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010, where he served as Finance Chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association as well as External Training Director for the Harvard Mediation Program. He was also a member of the Submissions Committee of the Harvard International Law Journal. Upon graduation, Titus worked in New Orleans on a Harvard Law School Public Service Fellowship, providing assistance to poor and indigent individuals through the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic of Southeast Louisiana Legal Services. Titus is a member of the State Bar of California. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and Japanese.
