Rebecca Harrington is an Associate in Grellas Shah’s Corporate practice, where she advises clients across the emerging companies and venture capital ecosystem. Rebecca provides practical and strategic counsel on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly works with founders, investors, and private companies at all stages of growth, helping them navigate complex transactions with precision and efficiency.

Before joining Grellas Shah, Rebecca practiced at Paradigm Counsel LLP, Goodwin Procter LLP, and Inventus Law, where she represented startups and investors in venture financings and M&A transactions. She brings extensive experience managing venture capital financings, conducting due diligence, and preparing companies for acquisition or investment.

Rebecca earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Dartmouth College. She is admitted to practice in California.
