Sherrie Quinn is an Associate in Grellas Shah’s Corporate practice, where she advises clients across the startup and venture capital ecosystem. With over 10 years of experience in Silicon Valley venture capital and technology, she serves as a trusted strategic advisor to founders, emerging companies and investors on their most complex legal & business execution, including venture capital financings, corporate governance, M&A, labor & employment and commercial contracts.
Before joining Grellas Shah, Sherrie practiced at Gunderson Dettmer, Goodwin Procter and Freshfields in San Francisco and Menlo Park. Based in the Bay Area, she has experience working in the US, Europe, the UK and Canada. Sherrie earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto. Outside of the office, Sherrie can be found at the gym, hiking to a beach sunset, driving her convertible down the coast, or jumping in the ocean and catching a wave.
